Cancellation of policy
I cancelled my car insurance . But this took me two weeks as whenever I phone and Miway hears it is a cancellation they cut the call. Now it has been a week since I spoke to a supervisor Kgomotso and I am still waiting for a cancellation confirmation letter. They are ignoring all requests.
