Cancellation of policy

I tried cancelling my policy and eventually sent a mail requesting specifically that i get ****tacted on my landline, well that was in July and I eventually tried calling agai today and a awesome gentleman assisted me. Instructions or requests should be followed from the go and no one that dealt with the call even went the extra mile by sending a mail for instance.
