Cancellation of Policy

Phoned in to cancel my policy. Was helped by Mr. Douglas Khoza. Mr. Khoza went the extra mile, had a great attitude and understood my predicament. I received my cancellation with in a few minutes via e-mail. Did not let me hold until I could speak with his supervisor to fill in the compliment/complaint report, there for he did not wast my time and money when I phoned in to be assisted.
