Cancellation of MiWay policy

I recently made a cancellation of my Policy with MiWay and was asked to write a review. I emailed them my cancellation letter but didn't hear back for two days and so had to phone them and had to wait on the phone for about 5min before being assisted by an operator who then put me through to someone else. the lady was polite and friendly and just asked questions about my reasons for cancelling, tried to sign me up to other policies, but in the end, sent me my cancellation confirmation via email and answered my questions politely. Thank you MiWay and your team for your assistance through the years but unfortunately I just could not continue at your rate, and I found a lower rate elsewhere.
