Cancellation of Insurance

I called miway and spoke to a consultant by the name of Thando to cancel my insurance, reason for cancellation was because the premium went up which I now feel it's too much.....I got a better qoute elsewhere, he promised me that insurance was cancelled and no funds will be debited from my account, but to my surprise debit order went of my account and still awaiting a cancellation letter which I requested him to email me......so I feel like I wasted my airtime by calling in as the person who was helping me was unprofessional because my request was not done.

So I hope someone will acknowledge this and contact me asap.
