Cancellation of Car Insurance Policy

I would like to commend the wonderful service I received from a MiWay Consultant. I did not get the premium increase documents and all I saw was a debit order which had gone through and the increase was about R 500.<br> Needless to say that I was not happy with this much of an increase, what frustrated me the most was the fact that this increase was not communicated with me. So I immediately went online and canceled the policy with immediate effect. A few days later I got a call from one of their consultants who was very understanding, very kind and cared to hear my concerns.<br> He explained to me how and why it increased and he not only helped find ways of reducing the premium but he also went on to explain all the benefits that come with the cover that I was not even aware of.<br> <br> I was deeply satisfied and I believe such a service deserves a compliment.
