CANCELLATION is prolonged.

I want to cancel my current insurance with WiWay due to the annual increase in premiums and access while the car's value depreciate every year. I managed to cancel through the App but to date, I am still waiting for a consultant to call me back or email me the least confirmation of my cancellation. I do not know if they are prolonging my cancellation seeing its close to the date of the debit order. I cannot have a dual car insurance due to people incompetency.
