Cancellation experience
Agent Vuyiswa was very accommodating in understanding my request to cancel. She assisted me in explaining the factors impacting the insurance premium.
She was also patient enough to see if she can adjust the premium and lower it where possible.
Her demeanor in this matter was very professional and understanding of my reasons and not pushy to keep a policy
