Cancellation

I have been calling since 10am to get a policy cancelled and I have had no luck, instead I’ve had to use my energy and resources to call several times and get several lousyexcuses and promises about this matter when it is very simple. I have decided not to go ahead with their car insurance but now it’s seems MiWay wants to make it impossible for me to cancel this over the phone.

This is the worst customer service experience. It’s disgusting and annoying to say the least. No one had to run after them when they wanted the business but now when it’s time to cancel MiWay wants to be chased after. This seems every ********* and looks like an attempt to delay the cancellation. Annoying!!!!!!!
