CANCELLATION

I am struggling to get assistance to cancel my policy, I was told i have to be assisted by a broker, when i phone him, he is telling me he will phone me back but he will never, i wrote email but no response, am really frustrated because they keep debiting me. the call centre is telling me that i can only me assisted by the broker.
