Cancellation

I've had miway car insurance for a while now and never had a claim. I sold my car almost 3 months ago and since then I've tried phoning, e-mailing, facebook message to cancel the insurance but nothing...i get no response.

They keep deducting money from my account! Today is the 3rd time, and i am without a job as well so they keep taking money which i really need.

Why is it so hard to cancel?
