cancellation

i have been a client with miway for almost 2 years now and the service i got from them was horrible to say the least, they don't know anything about customer service and customer retention. I am cancelling my insurance because of this rude and unprofessional guy called Armand who is ********* , no integrity and no honesty. i suppose this is how miway operates by lying to clients and just leaves them hanging. I have sent am email that i am cancelling with immediate effect and have not received a response even now. I would not recommend them to anyone.
