Cancelation request which is not adhered to

I have requested Miway on numerous occasions not to take money from my account as I decided not to take insurance from them. Yet they refuse to adhere to my request. It is costing me monies to reverse the transaction everytime please take your business and shove it up where the sun do not shine.
