Cancelation letter in three hours
I started my cancelation at 12:30 and received my cancelation letter at 14:50. Not sure what I have done differently. I received excellent service from Kamogelo. He did his best to see if there was anything that needed fixing, but when I said I was done he didn't do or say anything unprofessional.
