Cancel Policy

i am trying to cancel my policy. i have requested 2 call me backs via the App. and only get called 2 days later. after conversation with consultant. i get told they cannot insure my car and i will need to cancel my policy, which i agree to. i get told a consultant will call me back due to the person i spoke to, does not have the authority to cancel. i am still waiting for the call back as i want it to be stopped before the Debit order goes off on my account. i am now waiting on a call as we speak for over 24 minutes and still no response waiting for someone with the authority to cancel my policy. been waiting so long that the music even stopped playing. seems you are very quick to take my money, you make it extremely difficult to cancel my policy.
