CANCEL MY POLICIY WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT
I need to cancel my policy. I've been trying to do so since the 31st August with no luck. This is just poor customer service. I am told I need to wait 72hours for someone to call but I've been attempting to get through to someone since the 31st EMAIL/WEBSITE/CALL CENTRE NO LUCK!!!!!. If there is a new lead it takes just a split of a second to get a call-back but when its a cancellation it takes decades.. I so wish no one tells me stories about waiting periods by the time SOMEONE manages to pick up a phone and call me back!!!!!
