CANCEL
I am struggling to cancel my policy with MiWay, they keep on putting me on hold and the calling me during my working hours the next day after canceling the policy on my app. I informed the agent to call me at 10am as it was my tea time. Yet the agent never called me back and now I am receiving a sms stating I should call them back at 16:30. They already know that they should cancel my policy but yet I should call them
