Can't understand a simple request....
<p>I asked you guys very nicely to send a response to my e-mail AND NOT PHONE as to why you increased my monthly payment but you just don't seem to get it. I want it in writing I don't want your phone calls!!!! Seeing as I am struggling just to get this message through to you I don't want to even deal with you any more as I can only imagine how I am going to struggle if I actually need to make a claim. So the last simple request NOW please cancel my policy ********** 5 and refund the extra R100 that you took from my account. And for the last time STOP PHONING ME....</p>
