Calls NEVER answered

<p>I've been trying to get hold of MiWay and been holding for more than 40mins and no one bother to answer my calls. Its really irritating how they worry about us joining the insurance and as soon as we in they dont answer our calls. Surely as long as they get their premium they are happy otherwise they dont really care about you</p> <p>Funny thing is that when you call as a new client who calls to join Miway its answered in a matter of seconds and when you are an existing client you can wait. We are using airtime by the way.</p>
