Called twice before complaining about the ridiculous hike in to my instalment and was basically told “that’s how it is and there’s nothing we can do about it”. I swear had I dealt with Bonolo before today, MiWay would still have me as a client. Unfortunately my encounter with Bonolo came a little to late.
