Called in to cancel my policy
Called in to cancel my policy. A lady called Ayanda called to find out why. Told her the excess fee is too high. She told me to hold on and found me a better premium with reasonable excess fee. And I am so happy she managed to help me out, cos I was so stressed that I am paying for a car insurance that I won’t be able to claim should I encounter any problems. Overall, I am happy
