Called for a relook on the insurance
Called for a relook on the insurance. Was held on the line for more than 15 minutes only to hear that he can't change the price. Total waste of time. Agent has a heavy accent that's difficult to understand. They don't value their long standing clients. Pathetic customer service. Walked away from this call feeling irritated and disgusted.
