Callcentre agent lephbdo

The callcentre Lepho was unhelpful in not being willing to accept an email so she could copy my email address onto the insurance confirmation. Then she goes onto tell the client a whole lot of made up lies. When i asked her to spell her email address, she rattles it off like lightning asif i am a computer to catch it so quickly. She has no respect of my culture and my name and of me.
