Callbac****!

I signed up with Miway which was a great experience. I have sinced moved and am trying to change my address on their systems which seems to be an impossible task. I phoned them on numerous occasions to be blocked by the message center. I've tried on the app only to be thrown out a few times. I've left a huge amount of messages and callbacks and no one calls me back??? I know that if I don't change my address my vehicle wont be covered. How is one supposed do achieve this???
