Call not returned while I waited at the scene of the accident.......

<p>My wife called MiWay to submit the insurance claim after an incident on 16th March 2017 along the N1 North between Malibongwe and William Nicol. The staff member (whoever she is), promised that we'd be called back as soon as possible. That never happened, and now it's been at least 7 days since the accident and the premiums are still getting paid faithfully.......</p>
