Call me backs that dont work
I have been requesting call me backs on their website which they state that an agent will call you back promptly but that hasnt ahppened since monday, its thursday today since monday no agent has called me back, this is unacceptable, and they shouldnt state that an agent will call you back promptly and no once actually calls.
