Call keeps on disconnecting

For the past 30 minutes I have been trying to contact Miway in order to claim for my MiSmart cover, in that time I have had to repeat myself more than 3 times to different people, Nonhlanhla, Buhle, Chantal and Prince because everytime they try to transfer my call to the relevant department the ****** damn call keeps getting disconnected. This is honestly quite frustrating, can it honestly be this difficult to lodge a damn claim????? It's pathetic Miway, I'm canceling everything I have with you!!!
