Call centre staff response
Today I had a frustrating start with Miway Insurance as they haven't responded to email requests for 3days. However once I got through to Tami Makaula, I got excellent service. He went to extra lengths to find out how to ensure a new Motorcycle that wasn't on their system and then phoned me back with a very Good quotation. so My day ended better - keep up the good work Tami
