Call centre not taking or returning my calls
I have been trying to cancel my policy since this morning.<br> Attempt 01 - lady tries to transfer me but retentions too busy to take calls.<br> Attempt 02 - advisor tells me retention too busy and offers a call back from retentions.<br> Attempt 03 - no answer, just machine offering to take my nr for call back. What's the point. <br> <br> Could someone please phone me asap and cancel my policy.
