Call Centre Happiness

I hate calling call centres. I hate phoning them. I hate it when they phone me. But sometimes we all have to do things we hate.<br> I called to claim on my windscreen repair benefit, and I really have to say that it was among the most pleasurable 5 minute conversations I've had today. <br> Schalon was efficient, but without losing the human touch. He not only helped me get someone out to get my windscreen chip fixed, but I actually enjoyed the call to the point where I forgot that I had called a call centre.<br> MiWay, look after your staff like this guy.
