Call Centre Efficiency
I have dealt with many call centre agents and no one compares to Themba. He was very informative warm and welcoming and I understood what he was explaining to me and he was very patient with me. If I was the big boss of Miway I would sure put Themba in charge in making sure that he gets more people like him (even though there is only one him)<br> <br> None the less thanks to Themba Im proud to call myself the member of MiWay, I salute you my good man and thanks again for the excellet service that you provided.<br> <br> Awe ma se kind Awe...
