Call Centre Efficiency

Called in to have my premiums reduced. Douglas called me back and as I was busy with some medical procedures at the hospital, he was very patient when we would have to cut our conversation short. He would call back and so on. this conversation took 2 days, with him calling me back all the time. <br> <br> When we finally came to the proposed premium, I was pleasantly surprised and he shared a lot of information that we normally take for granted.<br> <br> Thank you Douglas!
