Call Centre agent - Lethabo Makgolane
The initial agent assigned to my claim was terrible and never bothered to return any calls or even reply to my emails sent to her. Call centre agent Lethabo Makgolane took over my claim after I lodged a complained and she was superb. She actioned my claim immediately, got back to me as promised and kept communication up. I really appreciate her efforst! Well done Lethabo!
