Call Center not following request

On the 08/03/2016 somebody phoned me and ask if they can give me a quote fir insurance / When she ask if she can do an ITC inquire said NO because I am working to improve my score and don't want any unnecessary inquiries on my Itc.<br> <br> Last week when I checked my Itc I saw they did an itc inquiry - I phoned the number and ask them to remove it because it was unauthorized - This morning I checked and it is still there , I phoned again and was put on hold for more than 15 minutes.<br> <br> I am not looking for new insurance, because I am with Discovery and Completely happy.<br>
