Call center efficiency

I called in today to cancel my policy as the premiums i am currently paying are too high,she helped me efficiently and tried all her best to check if she could retain me as a customer unfortunately they couldn't match what i got. she was so help and unfortunately she had to cancel my policy but am happy about how she handled my concerns.
