Call center calls unanswered

I have been trying to get hold of the customer service department since the 11th December with no luck. Have called 10x and have to hold for hours and no operator answers. I have been sent an email detailing that I would like to update my policy. This is disappointing service from an insurance provider. I will not pay for all those days that my policy should have been updated. Your customer service is very poor.
