Call center Agent was very professional and helpful

Call center Agent was very professional and helpful. They just need to give me an update on my road assistance availability. They made a mistake to send 2x people out to assist me but counted it as 2x call outs instead of 1x. They still need to correct this havi g me only getting 3x roadside assistance a year and should have 1x left but they indicated I don't have any left?
