Call center agent changed my entire day!!!

I was over debited on my monthly premium, furiously i decided that i'll make contact with Mi Way find out the reason and then lay a complaint. To my surprise with just the answer of the phone, all anger went away thanks to Miss Neo Kgano, in a smooth tone she executed her greeting well and ease my anger storm, i explained the whole situation and she listened well then took charge and assisted me.<br> <br> Neo was cool at all time and advised that she had logged a call/incident for the refund and that they will get back to me within 72hrs, exceptional service i tell you.<br> <br> As a ex call center agent i know the feeling of dealing with irate clients and never expected to be on the other end of the line planning on being irate, I'm glad that i was not as that would be totally unfair to Neo and her great service.<br> <br> I just want to thank Neo for the great service received (**,), she truly change the mood of my entire day.<br> <br> I trust Mi-way will award her for outstanding service and hope they recognize the presences of such an amazing individual.<br> <br> kind regards<br> <br> Leslie Kleinbooi <br>
