Call Backs Almost Non-Existent

I am still waiting for your agents to call me regarding the issue I have with Tracker. Every time I log onto the online chat, an agent joins and then the agent leaves. Every single time. Then the Mia bot wants to kick me out because I've been idle for too long, but I am the one waiting for the agent to respond. When I do respond to stop the Mia bot, the agent tells I am there. Makes me look like an imbecile. My frustrations are starting to run at its peak with MiWay.
