Call back required

Good day, I have had a few issues over the past week regarding claims I had to submit and so forth, so I requested yesterday for a call back because I realised that my access on my insurance has been increased from R3000.00 to R3500.00 and I was not aware of this. I did buy a new vehicle earlier in this year and received the insurance but never realised that the excess on my vehicles has been increased as well as my glass access. So yesterday afternoon I receive a call back from a lady and I advised her that I am busy on another line to call back in 5 minutes. 3 minutes later I got a call but I was still busy on my landline. I then asked to be called back after 14:00 and she confirmed that it will not be exactly 14:00 but she will put it as a call back. But on the one call I explained that the excess has been increased and I am not happy with that. I have not yet received a call back as to yet and would like someone to look into this and advise what difference in premiums I will have if I reduce my excess. I just think the excess is a bit high right now. I will however go onto [URL Removed] to see if I can get insurance cheaper elsewhere seeing that no one is calling back
