Call back not happening three days later

<p>I have been trying to get hold of miway for three days now. I have requesed a call back as the callcenter phones seem to drop in mid conversation. comeon miway what is going on your service levels are normally very good. How do u guys leave a customer hanging in mid conversation and not call him back very bad service. All other insurance companies call the customer back if the call drops. Maybe Miway should do the same??????</p>
