C971769 Claim number Miway

I had an accident on the 10/06/2018 around 2 am. I had a passenger whom I went to pick up from a friend called Miway after having a one vehicle accident and got the vehicle towed away to one of there approved salvaged yards. It took three months for them to get back to me still to reject the claim, they have actually invaded my privacy to a point where they went into my cellphone records into my banking account details. The assessor collected me from my work place to take me to the scene to explain to him what happened that morning of the accident there after we proceeded to my residents to complete the interview when we sat down he than only removed a voice recording device telling me that he has been recording our conversation which I think is sly of him because I wasn’t asked to permission to record the conversation from when he picked me up from my work place. He told me that he needed to interview my fiancé who was not involved in the accident but I left from her home to collect her brother, if he doesn’t interview her the claim will not be submitted. I had to give him access to my google locations for the evening which I think is once again invading my privacy.we have appeal after they rejected the claim to review the claim on grounds of me never claiming for the long period that we have been with them and still they were not willing to even pay a portion towards the towing services.when receiving my vehicle back my battery was ****** from the Vehicle and a few other items when I called the assessor who was handling the claim he told me to call the people who had the vehicle stored but I pay Miway every month and dealt with Miway. We have been sent a mail when we did the claim and they sent a link where we had to complete details as To where the vehicle spare keys and original natis had to be collected from we were then informed that we had to go to a postnet to go and hand in these items after we complete a form online which was of no use because we still had to go to a postnet.they promise you the world and quick to call when you skip payment but have you run around when it’s time to claim. Miway do things your way? What way because not a cent was paid to me after not claim for I think 9 years.i would never recommend this guys services to anybody.my Vehicle was never ever repaired but they gave a report of my vehicle having unprofessional repairs done they must come show me where they see unprofessional repairs.i have 4 new tyres on my car they rather reporting my spare wheel being expired but it’s still the original tyre I bought my vehicle with never been used up until my accident.
