C616264 - Still awaiting excess to be settled

Good day<br> <br> This is still one of the reasons why i have left MIWAY, and it further just confirms my decision.<br> I explained previously that i had a terrible experience with regards to my claim through MIWAY.<br> I am now struggling to get the repayment of the excess i paid over. For months Portia didnt follow up with the third party, i had to call her everyweek to find out going on. Evenually she passed me the details of the third party insurer and i called them myself. I found that the third party did not registered or log the accident which was caused by them. The insurer then asked that i ask MIWAY to send a letter of demand. I reverted back to Portia, and told her this is what they need. And she arranged it without even a THANK U to me, for doing her job. That was the 27/08, its now the 14/09 and still there is not progress. She says she is awating their response but why doesnt she follow up? She said if she follows up too much, the insurer puts the file aside??!! Is this professional and true??!!! Is MIWAY's reputation that bad that they would chuck claims away??!! I would really like to get sorted ASAP. Portia said she would call me Wednesday, but its happen before that she doesn
