I had an accident on the 16/01/2015 and reported the matter to Miway same time. My car is still drivable. Sanele told me that the matter is still with management for approval as the person who assisted me to open a policy did not put the regular driver previous incidents on the system. It is there on their voice records and also on the policy document they gave me.<br> <br> Up until today, my claim is not approved and my car is still not fixed. <br> <br> Sanele is no longer updating me and when i call Miway they just take my name down saying that they will call back of which they havent bothered.
