C*** - Third claim

Very disappointed on how MiWay handled my case, their client pumped me from the left corner. It was intersection and robot was red for him and he didn’t not stopped, now MiWay is accusing me of negligence at the very same time they acknowledge he was wrong but not 100% wrong 🤦🏾. I incurred cost for towing my car, cost for quotation’s and they’re willing to only cover 15k from 104k and 74k cost of damages as per quotations provided to them, this is an insult. I will keep posting to every social media until I get justice🤞🏽
