C*** Settlement Release

I wrote a review last week regarding an accident I had in Aug 2025 and they attended, the issue i have now is they want me to sign a payout of 4200 for my repairs that they 'assessed', the whole side of my boot is dented and the bumper is cracked, they want me to sign for 4200 and remain with debt of fixing the car, I called the dealer that apparently gave them that quote, the lady I spoke to said she knows nothing of the case and nothing of a VW T ROC she checked for like 15min on her system and nothing, I am annoyed with MIWAY right now, because I feel they are taking me for a fool because I am a woman and I am Black they feel they can give me ****s and I will accept it, it's disappointing that I was their client for 4 years before I changed to Absa in July. I am not even saying they must give me crazy monies, I am saying they can even take the car and fix it themselves, but it must come back perfect because it's a brand-new car I bought in 28 July 2025, and their client bumped me 10 days after the car was bought.
