C*** - Grateful for your service - Nobantu Mpeta

On behalf of my grandmother Dolores Kaplan, she would like to commend MiWay on their excellent service and kindness.

My grandmother is “Grateful for your service” as during the past month her daughter (my aunt) needed to make a claim. However, during that period my aunt became gravely ill and it is with a broken heart that I let you know that she passed away.

MiWay was unaware of this and contacted my Gran on the day of the funeral. The phone call was not an ordinary claim call, it became authentically emotional and incredibly heartfelt. Nobantu Mpeta was incredibly compassionate, kind and did things ‘HerWay’ which was supported by MiWay and sent flowers to my Grandmother to show their love and support regarding the loss of my aunt.

Thank you MiWay for the excellent and personal service - this extends beyond that of simply submitting a claim. Believe it or not, my Gran needed you at that point and you were there for her

Furthermore your gift has moved her so much. In fact, it has moved all of us.
