****** by miway's Irefer campaign

I feel ****** by miway, they have an Irefer campaign where you refer someone and they promise to give you a R1000 digital voucher.

I referred a friend who by the way left their insurer because of me, and is now with miway, He even told me that miway called him and told him they received his referral from me, but now they are busy enjoying his premiums every month yet on my side they say He completed 0 of the 3 steps that He had to complete.

Here are the 3 Steps they mention:

1. Refer a friend - I did 2. He needs to accept a quote - He did 3. They receive 1st full premium and I receive a R1000 digital voucher - miway received a full premium, but I did not receive a digital voucher

So which step did He not complete exactly?
