Buy back option not offerred

<p>On the 5th of December 2016, I received as call from saying my car was uneconomical to repair, and hence the want to write it off. I asked to fix the car myself and for assessment of the car as well, which confirmed that cost of repair. They refused to have me get the car back and fix iy in my own, i.e. the refused to give a buy back option. However, they seem intent on s****ping the car and selling it to SMD, even though asked to repair the car myself.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
