Busisiwe Mabizela Retention Specialist – Excellent Service

I have been with MiWay for years now and recently purchased another vehicle that needed to be insured. Upon the first call received from the Miway consultant I was quiet disappointed with the treatment and premium and was advised the she could not do anything else to assist and should I get my premium cheaper at another insurer then Miway could not help.

However received a mail/call from a wonderful lady Busisiwe Mabizela - Retention Specialist who was so helpful and kind. She listened to what I had to say and tried her best to give me exactly what I required with the premiums that suited me. I was quite surprised how different the consultants were even though they work at the same place…. Just want to thank Busisiwe Mabizela for her excellent service, patience and willingness to go the extra mile to make me a happy client An excellent Retention Specialist that I will recommend to help any unsatisfied client
